Our courses are designed for the community dwelling older adult (55+) who wants to prevent falls, increase strength and resilience, and make meaningful human connections. The courses are presented progressively so that you can start at a beginning level if needed and progress to more advanced levels as you are able. 

I want these interventions to be accessible to you in your home, gym, or wherever is best for you and at a price that you can afford.
